摘  要:向6061铝合金中添加的混合稀土,采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜,在6 MN热挤压机上研究稀土元素对6061铝合金铸态组织和热挤压性能的影响。结果表明,添加稀土后,铝合金的晶粒得到细化,晶界有少量稀土相析出。挤压时挤压力降低,挤压时间缩短。同时合金能够保持很好的力学性能。适量稀土可改善6061铝合金的挤压工艺性能,对制品力学性能影响不大。The effects of mixed rare earth added in-to 6061 aluminum alloy on the casting structrue and the hot extrusion properties of the same are studied.The investigation of the extruded product,which was produced on 6 MN extrusion press,has been completed by metallurgical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The result shows that:the grains of the alloy can be refined and there is a small amount of rich rare earth phases precipitated near the grain boundary,the extrusion force required is reduced and the time of extruding is shorted.Simultaneously,the alloy remains excellent mechanical properties.Proper amount of rare earth can improve extruding process property of 6061 aluminum alloy and have no obvious effect on mechanical property of product.
