摘　　要：为了改变单一品种亲水发气铝粉不能适应不同用户对铝粉不同使用性能要求的局面,对磨制亲水发气铝粉所使用的原料、油脂添加量、成品铝粉的粒度、发气速度、发气时间之间的关系进行了试验研究,找出了适合于不同用户所需不同发气速度和发气时间等使用性能的亲水发气铝粉的磨制工艺参数,生产了满足不同用户具体要求的多个品种亲水发气铝粉。A single variety of hydrophilic aluminum powder cannot adapt for different performances required by different customers.The relations among raw materials,grease additives,grain size of finished product,gasifying speed and gasifying time were tested and studied for grinding hydrophilic aluminum powder.The grinding process parameters for producing hydrophilic aluminum powder with different gasifying speed and gasifying time have been found,and a variety of hydrophilic powders has been produced which can satisfy the requirements of different customers.
