摘 要:为考察复合粉煤灰制备工艺参数对其白度的影响,在Ca(OH)2-H2O-CO2体系中制备了复合粉煤灰样品,应用白度仪测量了复合粉煤灰的白度,并运用灰色关联分析法计算了各工艺参数与复合粉煤灰白度的灰色关联系数。结果表明,在不同的权值条件下,可得到一致结果,各工艺参数的相对大小顺序为:固液比>Ca(OH)2体积>粉煤灰用量>搅拌速度>样品种类>Ca(OH)2浓度>反应温度>恒温反应时间。The composite fly ash was prepared in Ca(OH)2-H2O-CO2 sytem and its whiteness was tested by whiteness meter. The grey relational coefficients between the technological parameter and whiteness of composite fly ash were calculated by grey relational alalysis method in order to investage the effect of technological parameter on the whiteness of composite fly ash. The results indicated that the analytical results were consistent under different distinguishing coefficients, and the relative effects of various technological parameters on the whiteness of composite fly ash were invariantly in the following descending order: the solid-liquid ratio, the volume of Ca(OH)2, the amount of fly ash, the stirring speed, the sample style, the concentration of Ca(OH)2, the recation temperature and the constant temperature reaction time. Therefore, the solid-liquid ratio should be controlled strictly in experimental study and production.
