摘　　要：高校图书馆数字资源的建设正面临着有限的经费开支与无限的知识需求的矛盾,如何选择和购买满足用户需求的电子文献数据库成为解决这一问题的关键。华南理工大学图书馆根据自身的特点和需求,结合德尔菲法与层次分析法,设计了高校电子文献数据库的采购决策方法,为图书馆电子文献数据库的选择和购买提供可靠的评价依据。The construction of digital resources in university libraries is facing a contradiction between the limited expenditure and unlimited knowledge needs.How to choose and acquire electronic literature databases in order to meet users＇ needs becomes the key to solving this contradiction.According to its characteristics and needs,the South China University of Technology Library has combined Delphi method and AHP method,and designed the acquisition decision method of electronic literature databases,which could provide reliable reference for the selection and purchasing.
