摘　　要：科学的评价指标是衡量高校图书馆服务大学生就业情况的重要标杆,对大学生就业指导工作可以起到很好的导向作用。高校图书馆大学生就业服务体系以服务理念、服务过程、配套机制、服务绩效、满意度测评为一级指标,综合运用德尔斐法、层级分析法,从而形成比较完善的评价指标结构。Scientific evaluation index is the important measure of university library services,which could play a good guide for graduates looking for works.The career guidance service system for graduates in university libraries takes service concept,service process,supporting mechanism,service performance and satisfaction measurement as the first grade indexes,defines the weight of indexes using Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process Method comprehensively,and forms a perfect evaluation index structure.
