高职院校图书馆评估指标和数据采集平台的缺失——基于对2008年《高等职业院校人才培养工作评估方案》的理性思考

摘　　要：高职院校人才培养工作评估是院校发展的生命线,图书馆评估则对院校图书馆工作的发展起着重要的导向作用,其指标的设置必须遵循高职院校图书馆建设的宗旨和特点,反映图书馆工作的现实要求和发展趋势。2008年教育部颁布的《高等职业院校人才培养工作评估方案》中关于图书馆评估指标和数据采集平台的设置并不尽人意,存在着缺失与不足,必须在进行充分理性思考的基础上对其提出相应的对策,以保证高职院校图书馆建设步入健康、稳妥、快速的发展轨道。Personnel training evaluation for higher vocational college is important for the development of the college,and college library evaluation plays an important role in the development of the college library.Setting of relevant indicators should follow purposes and characteristics of the college library building and reflect the reality and trend of library work.There are deficiencies and shortcomings in ＇＇Personnel Training Evaluation Program for Higher Vocational College 2008＇＇ issued by Ministry of Education on the library evaluation indicators and data acquisition platform.Countermeasures should be proposed based on rationally thinking to ensure the healthy,safe,and quick development of the higher vocational college library.
