摘 要:目的:建立复方千黄凝胶中岗松油、盐酸小檗碱的薄层鉴别和芳樟醇、桉油精的含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的岗松油、盐酸小檗碱进行定性鉴别;采用GC内标法对芳樟醇和桉油精进行含量测定,色谱柱:SGE毛细管色谱柱(60m×0.22mm×0.25μm),以十一烷为内标。结果:薄层色谱中均能明显地检出岗松油和盐酸小檗碱;GC法中,芳樟醇在0.4883~2.9297mg.mL-1内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.7%,RSD=0.67%(n=6);桉油精在1.3953~8.3718mg.mL-1内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为106.2%,RSD=1.8%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。Objective:To establish a method for the identification of Oleum Baeckeae,berberine hydrochloride and content determination of linalool,eucalyptol in compound Qianhuang gel.Methods:Oleum Baeckeae and berberine hydrochloride was identified by TLC;GC was performed on SGE capillary column(60 m×0.22 mm×0.25 μm)with nitrogen as the carrier gas,and undecane was used as an internal standard.Results:Oleum Baeckeae and berberine hydrochloride could be identified by TLC;the linear range of linalool was within 0.4883-2.9297 mg·mL-1(r=0.9999),the mean recovery was 97.7% with RSD of 0.67%(n=6)and the linear range of eucalyptol was within 1.3953-8.3718 mg·mL-1(r=0.9999),the mean recovery was 106.2% with RSD of 1.8%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,quick and accurate.It is suitable for quality control of this preparation.
