摘 要:目的:建立唑来膦酸注射剂中铝的石墨炉原子吸收光谱方法来研究安瓿中铝的溶蚀情况。方法:采用硝酸镁作为基体改进剂,塞曼偏振背景校正的原子吸收光谱研究唑来膦酸注射剂中铝的溶蚀情况。结果:铝离子浓度为0~20μg.L-1时,方法的线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9995。检出限为0.14μg.L-1,加标回收率为99.3%~102.4%,RSD为2.7%~3.5%。唑来膦酸注射液中铝溶出明显,且随时间的延长,铝溶出量增加。结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、精密度好、结果准确,适用于唑来膦酸注射剂中铝的检测,试验表明铝溶出问题不容忽视。Objective:A graphite furnace atomic Absorption spectrometry was established for the study of the dissolution of aluminium in zoledronic acid injection.Methods:Magnesium nitrate was adopted as matrix modifier,and the dissolution of aluminium ion in zoledronic acid injection was determined by graphite furnace atomic Absorption spectrometry with polarized zeeman background correction.Results:There was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0-20 μg·L-1(r=0.9995).The detection limit was 0.14 μg·L-1,the recoveries were 99.3%-102.4%,and the RSDs were 2.7%-3.5%.Dissolution of aluminium in zoledronic acid injection was conspicuous,and the content of aluminium was related to its standing time.Conclusion:The method is simply,rapid,sensitive and accurate.It is suitable to determine aluminium in zoledronic acid injection.The result indicates that the dissolution of aluminium is important.
