摘 要:目的:星点设计-效应面法优化刺五加叶中紫丁香苷和金丝桃苷的提取工艺。方法:以乙醇体积分数、提取时间、料液比为自变量,紫丁香苷和金丝桃苷提取率为因变量,通过对自变量与因变量的完全二次响应曲面的回归拟合,用岭嵴分析和效应面法选取最佳工艺,并进行预测分析。结果:确定紫丁香苷最佳提取工艺为:体积分数57.56%乙醇水溶液27.75倍量超声提取3次,每次76.28min;金丝桃苷最佳提取工艺为:体积分数58.86%乙醇水溶液29.75倍量超声提取3次,每次59.17min。结论:星点设计-效应面法优选的刺五加叶中紫丁香苷和金丝桃苷的提取工艺,方法简便,精度更高。Objective:To optimize the extracting process of leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms by central composite design and response surface method.Method:Independent variables were ethanol concentration,extract time,and solvents ratio,dependent variables were extracting rate of syringin and hyperin,composite design and response surface method were used to optimize the extracting process,a two-order polynomial equation was fitted to the data,and resultant model was used to predict the response in the optimal region.Results:Analysis indicated the optimum extraction conditions for syringin were 57.56% aqueous ethanol 76.28 min for once extraction,27.75 fold solvent and 3 times,and that for hyperin were 58.86% aqueous ethanol 59.17 min for once extraction,29.75 fold solvent and 3 times.Conclusion:The optimum precess is simple and more convenient for extracting the leaves of A.senticosus,with an higher precision.
