摘　　要：苯丙醇胺(PPA)是一种拟交感神经胺,具有血管收缩和解充血等作用,被用作食欲抑制剂。近来,由于许多有关苯丙醇胺的负面作用而导致FDA收回所有含有PPA的药品制剂。本文主要介绍了苯丙醇胺的各种检测技术,包括光谱法、离子选择电极电位法、气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法和毛细管区带电泳法等。Phenylpropanolamine（PPA）is a sympathomimetic agent with vasoconstrictor and decongestant effects.It is also reported as an appetite suppressant.Recently,considerable interest in PPA has increased due to the serious side effects.This caused FDA remove pharmaceutical preparation including PPA from the market.A number of analytical methods have been reported for the determination of PPA mostly based on spectroscopic analysis,ion-selective electrodes for potentiometric determination,gas chromatography（GC）,high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）and capillary zone electrophoresis（CZE）.
