摘 要:采用物理化学回收法回收废聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料(RPUF),探讨了三乙醇胺、马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯(LDPE-g-MAH)的用量对混合材料性能的影响,同时也对相关的流变性能进行了研究,并采用红外光谱分析了基团的变化情况。结果表明,在适当的温度条件下,三乙醇胺的含量为废RPUF的30%(质量分数,下同)、LDPE-g-MAH的含量为共混材料的60%时,回收制品的性能最佳;共混物属于假塑性流体,在恒定的剪切应力下可在较宽的温度范围内成型加工。The waste RPUF was recycled by physical and chemical method. The effect of the content of triethanolamine and LDPE-g-MAH on mechanical properties was investigated, the rheological behaviors of blends were also discussed, and the changes of groups in blends were analysed by FTIR. The results show that when the mass ratio of triethanolamine was 30% of waste RPUF and LDPE-g-MAH was 60% of blends in proper temperature,mechanical properties of blends were the best. In addition, the blends is pseudoplastic fluid and can be processed over a wide temperature at a constant shearing stress.
