河南省城市中学生精神成瘾行为流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解河南省城市中学生精神成瘾行为状况,为制订干预措施提供科学依据。方法采取分层整群抽样方法 ,应用"中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷",对河南省城市中学生共12710人进行问卷调查。结果河南省城市中学生电子游戏成瘾行为报告率为4.9%,男生(7.9%)明显高于女生(2.1%);网络成瘾报告率为2.4%,男生(3.8%)明显高于女生(1.1%);娱乐性赌博行为报告率为13.5%,男生(20.5%)明显高于女生(7.1%);观看色情信息的报告率为15.2%,男生(25.4%)明显高于女生(5.8%)。结论精神成瘾行为已成为影响河南省城市中学生健康成长的重要社会问题,家庭、学校、社会应共同关注,采取有效干预措施,促进青少年健康成长。Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of psychological addiction behavior among the urban middle school students,and to provide evidence for prevention measures.Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted for investigation of psychological addiction behavior among 12 710 urban middle school students from Henan province by using stratified and cluster sampling method.Results The addiction rate of playing video games was 4.9%,and it was 7.9% for male and 2.1% for female.The internet addiction disorder rate was 2.4%,and it was 3.8% for male and 1.1% for female.The rate of playing gamble was 13.5%,and it was 20.5% for male and 7.1% for female.The rate of watching sexual information was 15.2%,and it was 25.4% for male and 5.8% for female（P0.01）.Conclusion The psychological addiction behavior is common among urban middle school students.Family,school and society should collaborate to prevent and control psychological addition behavior.
