摘 要:目的编制与测评《大学生性心理健康问卷》,为评估大学生性心理健康状况提供工具。方法在开放式问卷和访谈的基础上,结合相关文献,自编初测问卷,经过修订形成正式问卷,并对其信、效度进行检验。使用正式问卷对1700名大学生进行调查。结果正式问卷共有31个条目,包括性认知和性态度2个维度。问卷具较好的内容效度,结构与设计的理论构思相符。2个维度和总分的重测信度分别为0.76,0.64和0.78;Cronbachα系数分别为0.65,0.72和0.70;分半信度分别为0.71,0.67和0.74。问卷总均分为(2.14±0.34),性认知和性态度的均分为(2.45±0.35)和(1.93±0.56),在性别、年级和父母态度上差异均有统计学意义。结论《大学生性心理健康问卷》具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为测量大学生性心理健康的工具。Objective To develop and evaluate the psychosexual health questionnaire for college students and to provide test instrument for them.Methods Based on open-ended questionnaire,interviews and some concerned review,the preliminary questionnaire was designed and the formal questionnaire was formed with good reliability and validity.Totally 1 700 college students were investigated with the formal questionnaire.ResultsThe formal questionnaire was finally refined as a list with 31-item,2 dimensions including sexual cognition and sexual attitude.The questionnaire had good content validity.Its construct was consistent with the concept designed.The test-retest coefficients for the 2 dimensions and the total score was 0.76,0.64 and 0.78 respectively;Cronbach α was 0.65,0.72 and 0.70 respectively;The split-half reliability was 0.71,0.67 and 0.74 respectively.The total score of questionnaire was 2.14±0.34,the scores of 2 dimensions were 2.45±0.35 and 1.93±0.56 respectively.There were significant differences in the total and the 2 dimension scores among the sex,the grade and the attitude of parents.Conclusion The psychosexual health questionnaire has high validity and reliability,and it can be used as a measure of psychosexual health for college students.
