High efficiency and high voltage series induction motors based on sinusoidal hard windings and backward inclined fans

摘  要:为了在少增加成本的前提下将电机损耗减少到最小,通过对YKK(空-空冷)355—630(中心高,mm)系列高压异步电机损耗构成进行分析,并针对其损耗成分的特点,将定子普通硬绕组改造为星-角接的混合正弦硬绕组,有效地降低杂散损耗和铜耗的同时,改原径向离心式风扇为高效后倾离心式风扇以降低机械损耗。运用该方法对部分型号的YKK355-630系列高压异步电机进行了改进设计。分析和样机试验表明,该设计方案在尽量少地增加成本的情况下,能够有效地降低电机损耗,提高效率。The characteristics of power loss for YKK355-630(air-air cooling,frame size of 355—630 mm) series induction motors were analyzed to mostly decrease the loss in high voltage induction motors without greatly increasing the cost.Copper and stray losses were reduced by star-delta mixed connection hard winding,which replaced the original ordinary hard winding,with centrifugal fans with backward inclined blades of high efficiency designed to replace traditional centrifugal fans with radial blades of low efficiency.,Some models of YKK355-630 series of high-voltage induction motor design have been improved using this method.Analyses and experiments on a specimen motor show that this method is effective in reducing the loss with the additional cost being as low as possible.
