我国出口贸易面临国际反倾销原因的深度分析

摘　　要：我国出口贸易面临国际反倾销的问题一直受到企业、政府与学术界的高度关注,本文着重探讨中国出口企业面临国际反倾销的内在原因。国际贸易保护主义重新抬头是国际反倾销的大环境;中国的非市场经济地位是外国得以能够起诉的主要原因;中国入世议定书和与美国谈判的有关非市场经济的协议性条款是中国非市场经济待遇的根源;中国产品出口市场过于集中,导致出口企业遇到反倾销时可替代的市场很少,而出口产品的比较优势和相对高的劳动生产率的增长率决定了从整体上看中国遇到反倾销是不可避免的。部分出口企业的无序竞争更加剧了国外反倾销的势头。During the past twenty years, more and more countries have made use of anti-dumping as the mean of fair trade and it has become a new tool of trade protectionism. China is the largest casualty of international anti-dumping. Aiming at this point, this paper discusses the cause of this phenomenon. The renaissance of international trade protectionism fosters international anti-dump- ing. As China＇ s export increases with high speed, anti-dumping to China＇ s products will exist for a long time in the future. The orderless competition of many exportation enterprises also speed up the steps of anti-dumping.
