摘 要:在固相原位转化条件下,以固体粉末硅铝氧化物如硅铝微球、白碳黑和硅胶等为原料,合成了新颖形貌小晶粒丝光沸石。采用XRD、SEM和N_2吸附等测试手段,考察了产物的物化性能。结果表明,在固相原位转化条件下合成的丝光沸石形貌新颖,具有(100~500)nm粒径不等的不规则条状晶粒及由其堆积而成的(10~30)μm椭球颗粒的形貌特征,与水热法合成规整的晶粒形貌完全不同,样品存在丰富的二次堆积孔。红外骨架振动、晶胞参数与样品硅铝比相关,并呈现有规律的变化。经优化合成条件,最佳晶化时间为24 h。在装料量相同情况下,固相原位转化法合成丝光沸石的单釜产量和单位体积收率均比常规水热法提高了近200%。By the in-situ solid phase transformation method,small crystal mordenite with novel morphology was synthesized with silica-alumina gel powder, such as silica-alumina microsphere, silica white and silica gel. The physicochemical properties of the product were characterized by means of XRD, SEM, TEM, N2 adsorption-desorption and FT-IR. The results showed that the size of mordenite particles by in-situ solid phase transformation was smaller and more irregular than that by normal hydrothermal method. Ellipsoidal grains[ (10-30) μm] observed by SEM were formed by conglomeration with the strip grains[ (100- 500) nm] seen by TEM and had abundance of mesoporous because of secondary accumulation of the small strip grains. IR framework vibration wave number and lattice parameters showed regular changes correlated with SiO2/Al2O3 molar ratio of the samples. The optimal crystallization time was 24 h. The output per single reactor operation and the yield of unit volume by in-situ solid phase transformation synthesis were increased nearly 200% compared with normal hydrothermal synthesis under the same condition.
