摘 要:采用沉淀沉积法制备含铜质量分数30%Cu/SiO_2催化剂。考察焙烧温度对催化剂孔结构和活性的影响,并通过BET和XRD进行表征分析,结果表明,400℃焙烧的催化剂有最大的比表面积,XRD表征探测到其表面有较多的Cu^+,说明大的比表面积有利于活性组分Cu^+的高度分散,活性较高,在温度205℃、压力2.0 MPa和空速1.00 h^(-1)的条件下,草酸二甲酯转化率达100%,乙二醇选择性达98.67%。30wt% Cu/SiO2 catalysts were prepared by homogeneous deposition-precipitation method and characterized by BET and XRD. Effects of calcination temperature on pore structure and activities of the catalysts were investigated. The results showed that the catalyst calcined at 400 ℃ had the biggest surface area and more Cu ^+ species on its surface,which indicated that big surface area was beneficial to disper sion of active component Cu ^+ and enhancement of the catalyst activity. The conversion of dimethyl oxalate(DMO) of 100% and the selectivity to ethylene glycol(EG) of 98.67% were attained under the condition as follows:reaction temperature 205 ℃, reaction pressure 2.0 MPa and space velocity 1.00 h^-1.
