摘 要:熊渡拱坝坝址基岩为香肠构造岩体,其软、硬相间的岩体结构,在遇外力时将产生不均匀变形。在这类基础上建拱坝,国内文献未见报道。因此,提高基岩弹模,改善基础受力条件,做好防渗排水设计,尽可能保持基础干燥,防止基础产生不均匀变形,是熊渡拱坝设计的总原则。采取的措施为:坝址上移50 m;对表层的香肠构造岩体尽可能挖除;对坝基进行固结灌浆;帷幕灌浆大胆按每孔段抬动变位0.5 mm控制,最大灌浆压为3.0 MPa。工程建成至今已20 a,经过了各种洪水考验,运行情况正常。The foundation of Xiongdu dam site is a boudinage development zone alternated with soft and hard rock mass, and inhomogeneous deformation will occur under an external force. The arch dam built on this kind of rock mass has not been reported as yet in the documents. Therefore, improving the elastic modulus of foundation mass and load condition, well designing for seep- age prevention and drainage, maintaining a dry foundation as possible, preventing inhomogeneous deformation are the general de- sign principles of the project. The taken measures included moving the dam site 50 m toward upstream, excavating the surface boudinage rock mass as possible, taking consolidate grouting for the dam foundation, controlling curtain grouting of every hole by surface rising at 0.5 mm with the maximum grouting pressure of 0.3MPa. The project has undergone various flood tests and operated successfully for 20 years.
