摘  要:锯槽机地下成墙作为堤防防渗加固处理的一种施工方法,在长江干堤整险加固工程建设中得到推广应用。QS-100新型锯槽机是在PW-15型往复式开槽机的基础上研制而成的,他具有全新的设计理念和成槽机理,该设备在洪湖和岳阳等长江干堤进行垂直铺塑、塑性混凝土墙施工中得到应用。经过成墙数据检测和多年的运行检验,证明该方法建成的防渗墙防渗效果好。对该新型设备的施工方法和工艺、优点进行了介绍。Underground wall - forming by channel - cutting machine is a construction method for anti - seepage wall and reinforcement of levee, and is applied widely in levee reinforcement and danger removal projects of the main dike of the Yangtze River. QS - 100 channel - cutting machine is newly developed based on PW - 15 reciprocating channel - cutting machine. It con- tains new design concepts and channel forming mechanism, and is applied in plastic concrete construction in Honghu and Yu- eyang reaches of main dike of Yangtze River. Its anti - seepage effect has been proved satisfactorily after wall - forming tests and flood trial for years. We mainly introduce the construction method, process and merits of this new machine.
