摘　　要：本文探讨了矿业战略联盟知识管理的内涵与运作机制,重点探讨了矿业联盟中知识的转移与共享、整合与碰撞及知识的保护;并结合我国实际,提出了建立矿业战略联盟尤其是跨国战略联盟时,应采取的若干知识管理的对策建议。确保矿业联盟实现共享知识-提升效益-竞争优势的相互促进和良性循环。This article in analyzes the large-scale mine equipment property management（EAM） the present situation,the existence question,creates the reason in the foundation,proposed the introduction or the establishment mine EAM system necessity,and has produced the mine enterprise EAM system basic function frame.Take Jiaodong some large-scale gold mine as the example,has analyzed the established property management service process,has established the EAM system development 8 functions module,comprehensively has realized the equipment and the spare parts which until discards controls the integrated operation from the entire process management.
