摘　　要：本文简要介绍了全球卫星定位系统的组成、测位基本原理及主要特点。最后对GPS在建筑机械上的应用作了介绍。A Global Positioning System (GPS)developed by the U. S. A can continuously suppliesa real - time three dimensional Position and threedimensional speed and time information to thewhole world consumers by the satellite. The articleintroduces the components of GPS, working principle and characteristics and its use in constructionmachinery.
