摘  要:选取蔬菜上常用的17种杀菌剂,运用离体抑菌活性筛选和药剂拌土盆栽活体筛选两种方法,测定了供试药剂对黄瓜枯萎病的生物活性。离体抑菌活性测定结果表明,抑菌活性较高的为己唑醇、氟硅唑、腈菌唑、福美锌、福美双、代森锰锌、嘧霉胺、甲基硫菌灵、多菌灵,其抑菌率在69.61%~100.00%之间;盆栽活体测定结果表明,嘧菌酯、醚菌酯、烯肟菌酯、嘧霉胺、多菌灵、甲基硫菌灵的防效在61.50%~95.90%之间,可作为土壤处理剂防治黄瓜枯萎病。Seventeen common fungicides were chosen to screen the effectiveness of cucumber (Cucumissativus L.)against Fusarium wilt in vitro and in vivo.The results of antibacterial activity assay in vitro showed that the antibacterial activity of hexaconazole,flusilazole,myclobutanil,ziram,thiram, mancozeb,pyrimethanil,thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim was higher,and the inhibition rate in vitro was between 69.61%-100.00%.Potted test in vivo showed that the anti-effect of azoxystrobin, kresoxim-methyl,enestroburin,pyrimethanil,carbendazim,thiophanate-methyl was between 61.50%-95.90%,which can be used as soil treatment agent for controlling cucumber Fusarium wilt.
