摘 要:短程硝化反硝化技术是实现污水厂深度脱氮和节能降耗的重要方法之一,但是在目前的研究中普遍出现了污泥沉降性能变差的现象。针对北京清河污水厂的倒置A2/O工艺在冬季运行中出现的污泥上浮并严重堵塞污水设施的情况,采用批式试验分析了曝气时间、投加FeCl3、投加厌氧池浮泥对污泥沉降性能的影响。试验结果表明,该厂亚硝酸盐氮的累积量远大于硝酸盐氮的累积量,并且短程硝化反硝化效果随着厌氧池浮泥投量(0、10、50、200mL)的增加而增强,其同步硝化反硝化的效率分别为26%、40%、47%、62%。因此,短程反硝化是造成污泥上浮的主要原因,短程硝化反硝化工艺应避免亚硝酸盐在好氧段出水中的累积。Shortcut nitrification-denitrification technology is one of important ways to achieve advanced nitrogen removal and energy saving in wastewater treatment plant. However, the deterioration of the sludge settleability widely occurs in the current studies. Aimed at the sludge floating phenomenon occurred in Beijing Qinghe WWTP with inverse A2/O process in winter and the serious blockage of sewage facilities, the effect of the aeration time, dosing FeCl3 and addition of floating sludge from anaerobic tank on the sludge settleability was analyzed in batch test. The results show that the amount of accumulated nitrite is much greater than that of accumulated nitrate, the efficiency of shortcut nitrification-denitrifieation is increased as the addition volume of floating sludge from the anaerobic tank is increased, which is 0, 10, 50 and 200 mL, and the corresponding rates are 26%, 40% , 47% and 62% respectively. Therefore, the shortcut denitrification of nitrite is the main reason causing floating sludge, and the nitrite accumulation in the aerobic tank should be avoided in shortcut nitrification-denitrification process.
