摘  要:采用UASB-SBR组合工艺处理垃圾渗滤液,在获得稳定短程生物脱氮的前提下,以SBR系统内具有良好短程脱氮特性的污泥为研究对象,重点考察了pH和污泥浓度(MLSS)对短程反硝化过程NO2-还原速率的影响。试验结果表明:当MLSS一定且初始pH值介于6~9之间时,随着pH的升高,NO2-的还原速率加快;当达到最适宜的pH后,NO2-的还原速率随pH的升高而降低。当初始pH一定且MLSS值介于1000~8000mg/L之间时,NO2-的还原速率随MLSS值的增加呈现先升高后下降的趋势。由此可知,pH和MLSS对NO2-的还原速率有较大的影响,过高或过低的pH、MLSS值均不利于NO2-还原过程的进行。试验结果显示:pH值为7~8、MLSS为5000mg/L时,NO2-的还原速率较高,最高可达0.527g/(gVSS.d)。The combined process of UASB and SBR was used to treat the actual landfill leachate. Based on the stable shortcut biological nitrogen removal, taking the sludge with good shortcut nitrogen removal characteristics in SBR system, the effects of pH and MLSS on nitrite reduction rate in shortcut denitrification was investigated. The result indicates that when MLSS is given and the initial pH is 6 to 9, the nitrite reduction rate is increased as pH is increased, and is decreased as pH is increased when the optimal pH is reached. When the initial pH is given and MLSS is 1 000 to 8 000 mg/L, the nitrite reduction rate is frst increased and then decreased. Therefore, pH and MLSS have great effects on nitrite reduction rate, and too high or too low pH and MLSS are all unfavorable for nitrite reduction. When the optimal pH and MLSS are 7 to 8 and 5 000 mg/L respectively, the nitrite reduction rate is higher, up to 0. 527 g/( gVSS·d).
