摘 要:考察了苄基季铵盐(BAC)对活性污泥系统去除COD以及污泥产率的影响,并研究了活性污泥对BAC的去除效果。结果表明,BAC对活性污泥产率及其降解底物的能力具有显著的抑制作用;当BAC浓度由零升至10mg/L时,6h后对COD的去除率由51.4%降至1.28%,活性污泥表观产率由0.76gVSS/gCOD降至0.09gVSS/gCOD;而当BAC浓度为20mg/L时,活性污泥对底物的降解以及自身的增殖基本停止。活性污泥主要通过吸附作用快速去除废水中的BAC,在BAC初始浓度分别为5、10和20mg/L时,对BAC的去除率分别可达95.6%、93.1%和90.8%。BAC能够被活性污泥降解,但所需时间较长,降解半衰期为(10.33±0.66)h,降解过程符合一级动力学模型。The influence of benzyl quaternary ammonium compounds (BAC) on COD removal and sludge yield in activated sludge system was investigated, and the removal efficiency of BAC by activated sludge was studied. The results show that the BAC have significant inhibitory effects on the sludge yield and its ability in substrate removal. When BAC concentration is increased from 0 to 10 rag/L, the removal rate of COD is decreased from 51.4% to 1.28% and the sludge yield is decreased from 0.76 to 0.09 gVSS/gCOD after 6 h. When BAC concentration is 20 nag/L, the substrate removal by sludge and its growth stop. The removal of BAC from the wastewater is achieved mainly via rapid adsorption on the sludge, and the removal rates of BAC are 95.6%, 93.1% and 90.8% when their initial concentrations are 5, 10 and 20 mg/L respectively. BAC can be degraded by the activated sludge, and the degradation needs a relative long time. The degradation of BAC follows the first order kinetics model, and the degradation half life is ( 10.33 ±0.66) h.
