摘 要:概要地分析了京九铁路对沿线地区影响的可能表现,分析了该地区形成中的三大黄金地段潜在的良好发展前景。对沿线地区地位突出的16个城市的投资环境进行了综合评价,对其发展前景进行了预测。最后就如何进一步改善投资环境、发挥京九大动脉的作用、加速沿线地区发展提出了建议。The Beijing-Kowloon Railway, a newly built up main line, has great influence on the development of society, economy and urbaniztion of the vicinity. On the basis of analysis mentioned above, three best sections of the areas are identified and their advantages in the meaning of investment environment are discussed in detail. The section of Shenzhen-Huizhou is the best one where ocean faced, export oriented and high tech industries could grow very well. The section of Nanchang-Jiujiang has some advantages for development of resources exploited, processing, manufacturing and high tech industries, and the section of Fuyang-Shangqiu has the great potential for resource processing, local commercial and trade industries. In addtion, 16 cities passing through by the railway have been evaluated and classified for their comprehensive conditions and main functions in the regional development. All these cities can be ranked into three classes: at the top rank are Nanchang, Jiujiang and Huizhou; at the middle rank are Fuyang, Shangqiu, Heyuan, Liaocheng and Ganzhou, and at the lowest rank are all other cities. In order to give full play to Beijing-Kowloon Railway, improve the investment environment and quicken the regional development, some suggestions have been put forward for the infrastructure construction, industrial development, tourist industry, regional cooperation and competition, and necessary policies from governments.
