摘  要:目的:了解行业伦理教育对报考心理咨询师人员伦理意识的影响。方法:采用问卷调查法,以自编"心理咨询和治疗伦理问题调查问卷(报考心理咨询师人员版)"作为评价工具,对广东范围内368名报考心理咨询师人员进行调查,其中203人没有接受行业伦理教育(对照组);161人接受了行业伦理教育(教育组)。结果:在心理咨询和治疗行业伦理的五个重要方面:专业能力和情感能力、知情同意和保密原则、治疗设置、双重关系、心理测验的使用,绝大多数条目呈现出教育组认为"符合伦理"的比例降低,"不符合伦理"的比例升高,"不清楚"的比例降低,且多数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:案例教育能够提示报考心理咨询师人员的伦理意识。Objective: To study the influence of the ethics education in psychotherapy and counseling on the ethical awareness of the trainees applying for psychologists.Methods: Questionnaire survey and experimental intervention were used for the research,a self-compiled questionnaire for ethical problems in psychotherapy and counseling(for the trainee applying for psychological counselor) as the evaluating tool.Totally 368 trainees,from Guangdong Province,participated in the survey.Among them,203 people who did not receive the ethics courses were set up as the comparison group,and the remaining 161 who had received the ethics courses were the receiving-education group.Results: In five important aspects of ethics in psychological counseling and psychotherapy: professional and emotional competences,principles of informed-consensus and confidentiality,settings of therapies,dual relationships and use of psycho-tests,the ethical awareness on the overwhelming majority of the items differed between the two groups.The items that the receiving-education group considered "conforming to ethics" decreased,"not conforming to ethics" increased,and "unclear" decreased.Conclusion: The ethics education in counseling and psychotherapy could change the ethical awareness of the trainees applying for psychologists.
