摘　　要：医疗设备的预防性维护(PM)是保证设备安全运行、防止设备故障以及减少设备维修成本的重要手段。而JCI标准则是以医疗质量和病人安全为核心的全球医院质量与安全管理的最高标准之一。为了保证医疗设备的安全使用,JCI标准中有明确的要求,而且特别关注医疗设备的预防性维护,并提出了具体的实施要求和评估方法,对做好预防性维护有重要的指导意义。Preventive maintenance（PM） of medical equipment is an important mean of ensuring the safety operation of equipment, preventing equipment failures and reducing equipment maintenance costs. JCI Certification is recognized as one of the highest standards of hospital quality and safety management in the world. JCI Certification standardize the hospital management with a core of medical quality and patient safety. In order to ensure the safe use of medical equipment, JCI standards have specific requirements, and special attention to preventive maintenance of medical equipment. JCI standards propose specific implementation requirements and assessment methods. They have important guidance for doing preventive maintenance.
