摘　　要：随着我国法制化建设的加强,我国的医疗设备安全和质量控制也显得越来越重要。目前我国从卫生部等国家政府机构到地方各级医院在医疗设备应用安全与质量控制上存在一些问题,影响了医疗设备应用安全与质量控制的发展及建设。本文主要从政府部门制定的法律法规、职能部门的职责、医院的现状等方面就目前医疗设备应用安全与质量控制的现状和存在问题提出了一些想法和解决办法。With our country legal construction, medical equipment application security and quality control become more and more important. But now some problems restrict its development and building, which from ministry of health and hospitals at all levels. Some ideas and solutions were proposed in this article about medical equipment application security and quality control on few aspects such as government policy making, duty of departments and hospitals at current situation.
