摘　　要：本文介绍了一种新型的无线便携式电刺激尿失禁治疗仪,该仪器通过将无线射频技术应用于肌电刺激系统,不仅能够方便地给予患者提供长期有效治疗,还能够消除治疗中存在的安全隐患、保护患者隐私。本文详细介绍了治疗仪的工作原理、刺激脉冲的选取及无线通讯的实现方法。Urinary incontinence （UI） is one of the five most acknowledged diseases that influence human health. Recently,it has attracted more and more public attentions. Currently, in china, the incidence rate of UI is larger than 40% of the total female population. Because this kind of disease and its therapy is related to some individual privacy, the patients prefer to take some self-help therapy in a safe and private environment. However, the existing medical resource can not supply such a condition. Therefore, we propose a novel portable wireless electrical stimulation therapeutic apparatus for UI. This apparatus not only provides the patients with convenient, safe and efficient therapy, but also avoids the trouble to go the hospital for the therapy and protects the privacy of the patients by using the radio-frequency technique. In the paper, we present the working principles of the apparatus,the selection of the stimulative impulse wave, the wireless communication mode, the system hardware and software design, and etc in detail.
