摘　　要：传统的内镜医师培养模式不能适应消化内镜医学的迅猛发展;同时,患者日益增强的医疗保护意识也迫切需要新的有效的训练模式的出现。虚拟现实技术作为一种可以创建和体验虚拟世界的计算机系统,在医疗领域越来越受到重视。本文主要从医师培训的角度对消化内镜模拟训练系统应用的意义、模式、现状和局限性进行了探讨,并提出了自己的观点。Orthodox mode of endoscopy physician training can＇t keep up with the rapid development of digestive endoscopy,and increasingly augmented protection-self consciousness of patients need a new and effective training mode.Virtual reality,as a computer system which can set up and sense the virtual space,has been paid attention to more and more in medical field.Following physician training,we studied and researched the applied significance, mode, status quo and one-sidedness of digestive endoscopy simulation training system,and put forward our own standpoint in the paper.
