摘　　要：探讨库存管理方法,提升科研物资供应质量。从管理层和作业层两个层面对库存管理方法进行实用性分析提炼,达到有效改善库存,提升科研物资供应水平,实现库存控制与保证科研物资需求的双赢格局。This paper explored the methods of inventory management,so as to improve supplying quality. From aspects of management and work,the methods of inventory management were analyzed and refined practically. As a result, the inventory management and the level of supplying were improved steadily,thus realized the inventory control and met the requirement for research materials.
