摘  要:目的对迈瑞BC-5500全自动血细胞分析仪白细胞分类进行评价。方法应用BC-5500全自动血细胞分析仪对白细胞降低组、白细胞正常组及白细胞增高组各标本进行全血通道检测,并同时进行手工镜检。结果白细胞降低组、白细胞正常组及白细胞增高组白细胞分类结果中,中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞仪器法与手工镜检法相关性较好,而单核细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞两种方法相关性较差。对某些白血病标本,仪器存在不分类现象。结论迈瑞BC-5500全自动血细胞分析仪能准确分类计数中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞,而对单核细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞其分类结果可信度较低。该仪器作为血液筛查可基本满足临床需要,但对于异常标本,手工镜检则是一个很好的补充。Objective To evaluate the performance of leukocyte classification for MINDRAY BC-5500 hematology analyzer. Methods All samples in decreased WBC group, normal WBC group, and increased WBC group were counted by both MINDRAY BC-5500 hematology analyzer and manual method with microscope. Results Between the manual and automatic method, there were very good correlation in neutrophil, lymphocyte and eosinophil, and poor correlation in mononuclear and basocyte. Sometimes the analyzer can not differently count in some leukemia samples. Conclusion The WBC automatic differential count by MINDRAY BC-5500 hematology analyzer was accurate and reliable in neutrophil, lymphocyte and eosinophil. However, mononuclear and basocyte were different in two ways. The instrument could meet the clinical needs in blood screening test, and the manual method was a good supplementary method in abnormal samples.
