摘　　要：遵循气候的城市设计可推动生态低碳城市建设与可持续发展。应用生态学、建筑学、可持续发展与城市设计理论,采取图解分析和比较的方法,对结合气候的生态城市设计理念与策略进行了探讨,提出了基于气候的生态城市节能设计准则、方法及策略,阐述了结合地域气候的城市布局、省地节能的竖向设计、自然通风与防风、应变气候的可调节空间设计和热缓冲过渡城市空间的营造等设计策略。Urban design with climate is energy-saving and environment-protecting,and can enormously promote ecological low-carbon urban construction and sustainable development.Applied ecology,architecture,sustainable development and urban design theory,and approaches of graphic analysis and comparison,the idea and strategy of ecocity design with climate were discussed.The principles and methods and strategies of ecocity’s energy-saving design that responds to climate are brought forward.The strategies include urban layout manifested local climate,vertical planning of land-saving and energy-saving,natural ventilation and windproof,adjustable space design with climate and construction of thermal buffer and intermediate urban space,etc.
