摘　　要：对影响海杂波的特性参数(频率、极化、掠射角、海情等)进行了详细分析,推导了海杂波的雷达截面积模型,分析了海杂波幅度起伏模型。最后,对海杂波的这些特点,概括提出了岸基雷达系统设计时应考虑的抗海杂波措施,包括各种参数选择和抗杂波处理方式。The characteristic parameters affecting the sea clutter are analyzed comprehensively. The model for radar cross section of sea clutter is deduced and sea clutter amplitude probability distribution model is analyzed. And considering these characteristics of sea clutter, the anti-sea clutter measures are summarized with respect to shore-based radar system design, including some selection of parameters and processing modes of anti-sea clutter.
