摘 要:在刘庄矿的井壁建设项目中,在负温井壁混凝土中分别掺加普通FS-A型混凝土外加剂和复合多功能防冻剂,对负温混凝土在冻结条件下的各种性能进行测试,并对比分析了掺加外加剂和防冻剂时影响负温混凝土的凝结时间、强度发展过程以及抗冻和抗渗等因素。结果表明:掺加复合多功能防冻剂后,负温混凝土能够更早地达到受冻临界强度,而且混凝土的抗冻及抗渗性都较好。In the mine shaft liner construction project of Liuzhuang Mine,the conventional FS-A concrete additive and the complex multi function anti-freeze were individually added to the minus temperature mine shaft liner concrete.The different performance of the minus temperature concrete under freezing condition were tested.The comparison analysis was conducted on the factors of the coagulating time,strength development,anti-freezing and anti-leakage of the minus temperature concrete affected by the additives and antifreeze.The results showed that after the complex antifreeze added,the minus temperature concrete could be early to reach the freezing critical strength and the anti-freezing as well as the anti-leakage of the concrete would have a good effect.
