摘 要:针对采煤工作面的温度对工人健康、设备使用性能和煤炭生产安全的重要性,利用所建立的采煤机设计参数与工作面温升之间关系的数学模型,模拟分析了滚筒主要参数对工作面温升的影响。结果表明,滚筒的宽度和转速对工作面温升的影响较大,滚筒转速对工作面温度影响最大,滚筒宽度变化使工作面温升明显。所得结论为合理确定滚筒参数、进一步改进滚筒设计、降低工作面温升、改善采煤工作面的环境提供了理论基础。According to the importance of the coal mining face temperature to the miner's health,equipment operation performance and coal production safety,the mathematical model established for the relationship between the coal shearer design parameters and coal mining face temperature increasing was applied to simulate and analyze the main parameters of the coal shearer affected to the coal mining face temperature increasing.The results showed that the width and rotary speed of the cutting drum would have big influence to the coal mining face temperature increasing,the drum rotary speed would have max influence to the face temperature increasing and the drum width variation would make the face temperature increasing obviously.The conclusion obtained would provide the theoretical base to rationally set up the drum parameters,further improve the drum design,reduce the face temperature and improve the environment of the coal mining face.
