摘 要:为了提高采煤机在线监控系统的可靠性、实时性和通用性,基于WinCC组态技术,设计搭建了以SIMATIC S7-300 PLC为控制核心的采煤机远程监控系统,从冗余模式、网络安全、系统控制级分配3个方面提出了系统可靠性的设计方案,对监控系统的核心机载控制器进行配置,实现了采煤机工况数据的实时采集、归档和历史查询,以及远程控制和相关故障预警。In order to improve the reliability,real time and generality of the on-line monitoring and control system for the coal shearer,based on the WinCC configuration technology,the remote monitoring and control system of the coal shearer was designed and established based on the SIMATIC S7-300 PLC as the control key.From the redundant mode,network safety and system control grade distribution,the design alternative of the system reliability was provided.The key carried controller of the monitoring and control system was allocated to have the real time acquisition,documentation and historical consultant of the coal shearer performance data as well as to have the remote control and related fault pre-warning.
