摘 要:GB 3836.2—2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第2部分:隔爆型"d"》规定了隔爆型电气设备的设计、制造和检验的防爆要求,以期达到电气设备的防爆目的。然而,采用这种标准设计、制造的隔爆型电气设备,在电气设备外壳内部发生弧光短路情况下通常起不到防爆作用。因此,着重分析了在弧光短路状态下隔爆外壳失爆的原因。为了解决隔爆理论存在的不足,提出在隔爆外壳内部增加光敏或热敏元件及用于防爆保护电路的思路。当电气设备外壳内部发生弧光短路故障,所产生的光和热通过保护电路作用于上一级开关跳闸,避免隔爆型电气设备失爆。The standard of the GB 3836.2—2000 Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 2 Flameproof Enclosure d stipulated the flame proof requirements of the design,manufacturing and inspection for the flame proof type electric equipment in order to have the flame proof purpose of the electric equipment.With the standard to design and manufacture the flame proof electric equipment,once the arc light short circuit occurred in the shell of the electric equipment,the flame proof function usually would not be affected.Therefore the paper had a detail analysis on the flame proof had no effect on the flame proof shell under the condition of the arc light short circuit.In order to solve the shortage existed in the flame proof theory,the light-sensitive or thermo-sensitive elements and the flame proof protective circuit were provided to add in the flame proof shell.When an arc light short circuit occurred in the electric equipment shell,the light and thermal would be effect to trip the upstream switch with the protective circuits in order to avoid the flame proof lost function of the flame proof electric equipment.
