摘  要:对松嫩草原5种pH环境下羊草(Leymus chinensis)叶片的植硅体进行了分析.结果表明,羊草作为禾本科早熟禾亚科中的植物其植硅体形态丰富,除硅化的气孔外,有尖型、帽型、齿型、棒型等类型.各种形态植硅体长度的均值在12.8~90.5μm之间,宽度均值一般为9.0~39.2μm.除硅化的气孔外,帽型植硅体所占比例最大(45.2%~65.2%),其次是尖型植硅体(6.1%~27.6%).5个样品中植硅体形态基本相同,但其大小及含量有明显差别,随pH值增加,硅化的气孔、尖型和帽型植硅体所占比例都有先增加再降低的趋势.松嫩草原羊草叶片中的植硅体组合研究可为恢复当地草原群落及第四纪古环境演化提供基础性资料.The phytolith analysis of Leymus chinensis leaf in five different pH environments in Songnen grassland,Leymus chinensis are from Pooideae,the result shows that the morphology of phytolith is abundant,besides the silicified stomata,there have point-shaped,rondel,tooth-shaped,elongate etc.the average length of various phytoliths is between 12.8 and 90.5 μm,the width is between 9.0~39.2 μm.In addition to the silicified stomata,hat-shaped phgtolith has the largest proportion that is from 45.2% to 65.2%,the second is point-shaped phytolith the proportion is from 6.1% to 27.6%.The phytolith morphology in the five samples is basically the same,but there is significant difference at size and percentage composition,with a trend of an increase and then reduction of the phytolith percentage of silicifed stomate,point-shaped and rondel when the pH increased.This result can provide basic information to restore the grassland community and quaternary paleoenvironment.
