摘　　要："低碳经济"正成为全球经济发展的新趋势,碳交易市场的发展为金融业提供了广阔的发展空间。我国欠发达地区的金融机构应主动承担节能减排的社会责任,充分发挥金融市场资源配置的作用,推动经济发展方式向低碳型转变。＂Low carbon economy＂ is the new trend of global economic development.The expansion of carbon exchange market brings lots of opportunities for the finance industry.The financial institutions in the less-developed area in China should bear the duty of saving energy sources and dicrease exhaust,make the best of resource distribution,promote the development of economy to low carbon mode.
