摘　　要：文献和考古学材料表明,战国时期楚国灭越置江东郡、楚子灭巴置巴郡的说法,均缺乏可靠的历史根据,不能成立。楚、秦黔中郡郡治当为一地,秦黔中郡辖境较楚黔中郡略大。The saying that Chu Huaiwang eliminated Yue and set Jiangdong County lacks support of the reliable literature and the archaeology material,therefore,leaves behind many questionable points.The view from Mr.Yang Kuan that Chu eliminated Yue and set Jiangdong County in the former home grounds of Wu and Yue kingdoms is difficult to set up.
