摘 要:洗涤冷却室内分隔板与鼓泡区气液的相互作用,使得分隔板在流体的诱导下产生振动。采用防水型加速度计,在不同工况下测定分隔板的振动信号,通过对振动信号的时域分析,讨论了操作条件(表观气速和静态液位等)对振动强度的影响,得出了分隔板振动强度随表观气速和床层液位的变化规律,且在一定气速下振动最强区域与液位高度关联性很强。The interaction of the break-board in the scrubbing-cooling chamber and the gas-liquid in the bubbling region makes the break-board vibrate under the induction of the flow.Vibration signals of break-boards are measured under different conditions with waterproof accelerometer and studied by time-frequency analysis.The effect of operation conditions(superficial gas velocity and static liquid height) on the vibration intensity is discussed.The regularity of vibration intensity of break-boards changing with the variations of superficial gas velocity and static liquid height is analyzed.The most intensive vibrational region and liquid level have strong correlation under certain gas speed.
