摘 要:提高余热利用率和发电净功率是余热机组优化设计与运行的目标。通过对济钢烧结厂余热发电系统热平衡和平衡计算及结果的分析,指出了降低余热锅炉出口废气损和内部换热损可有效提高余热利用率和增加汽轮机输出有用功,提出了热力循环系统的改进方法。通过编程分别对两种余热发电热力循环系统的余热利用率、余热损和发电净功率进行了计算对比分析,研究了三种技术指标随主蒸汽压力的变化规律,确定了余热锅炉主蒸汽压力的选择范围。上述研究结果可为低压余热发电系统的优化设计与运行提供较为科学的依据。Increasing the utilization ratio of waste heat and net power output of power generation is the aim of waste heat recovery for pwer generation system in order to optimize the system design and operation.Based on the comparative analysis of heat balance and exergy balance for the sintering waste heat recovery for power generation system in Jinan Steel Company,it was pointed out that diminishing the outlet exhaust gas exergy loss and the inner heat transfer exergy loss of the heat recovery steam generator(HRSG) can improve the utilization ratio of waste heat and increase turbine usable power output and the new way for improving the thermal circulating system was put forward.Based on the computer program,the calculation and comparative analysis of waste heat utilization ratio,exergy loss and net power output between the two kinds of waste heat power generation thermal circulation system were conducted.The changing law of three technical indexes according to the main steam pressure were studied,the selection range of main steam pressure of HRSG was determined,which can provide more scientific basis for optimal design and operation of low-pressure waste heat power generation system.
