摘　　要：通过对试样断口和扫描电镜能谱分析,确认板材缺陷是内部组织中存在氧化夹杂物。对其形成机理和预防措施进行了阐述。Based on the analysis of fracture structure and X-ray EDS analysis with SEM,it was confirmed that the failures were caused by oxide inclusions in the alloy.The mechanism of forming the oxide inclusions and the corresponding protective measures were described respectively.
