摘 要:研究了在pH4~6的弱酸性介质中,羟胺(HY)和溴化十二烷基吡啶(DPB)在钼、邻苯二酚紫(PV)配合物中的增敏作用和显色条件。有色配合物的最大吸收峰为718nm,表观摩尔吸光系数达1.2×106L·mol-1·cm-1,钼的检出限为0.6μg/L,反应在室温下瞬间完成,方法的线性范围在0.8~100μg/LMo,对w(Mo)在10-3水平的试样测定4次,RSD为4.6%~6.2%。对企业标准钢样的测定结果与推荐值相符。Synergistic sensibilization effect of hydroxylamine (HY) dodecy pyridine bromide(DPB) on color reaction of multi component complex of molybdenum pyrocatechol violet (PV) in a weak acid medium and the conditions for the chromogenic reaction are studied. The speed of the chromogenic reaction was fast and the maximum absorbance is at 718 nm with apparent molar absorption of 1.2×10 6 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0.8~100 μg/L for Mo with detection limit of 0.6 μg/L. Precision is 4.6%~6.2% RSD ( n =4) at w (Mo) =10 -3 level. The method has been applied to the determination of trace Mo in steel standard samples and results are in good agreement with recommended values.
