摘　　要：上海青草沙水源地原水工程采用DN3600、DN2800大口径钢顶管。从设备选型、井内布置、组对焊接、注浆减摩、钢管顶进要点、中继间使用、注浆孔封堵、测量控制等方面,对这种长距离、大口径钢顶管施工要点进行分析。它为同类工程提供一定的借鉴经验。Shanghai Qingcaosha water source raw water project is adopting large-diameter steel pipe-jacking with DN3600 and DN2800.The construction key points are introduced from several aspects such as type selection of equipment,layout in the well,group welding,slip casting & reducing friction,pipe-jacking,relaying well operation,grouting holes coating and survey controlling,etc.,which provide experience for other similar projects.
