异丙酚复合氟比洛芬酯用于无痛人工流产术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨异丙酚复合氟比洛芬酯用于无痛人工流产术的麻醉效果和安全性。方法将60例要求行无痛人工流产术者随机分配到异丙酚复合氟比洛芬组(PL组)和异丙酚组(P组),每组各30例。PL组先静脉注射氟比洛芬酯50 mg,10 min后静脉注射异丙酚1.5 mg/kg;P组给予异丙酚2mg/kg。观察并纪录两组用药前、睫毛反射消失时、术中和术毕的血压(BP)、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、脉博氧饱和度(SpO2)及脑电双频指数(BIS),同时记录手术时间、苏醒时间、异丙酚总用药量、术中呼吸抑制及肢动反应的发生等情况。结果睫毛反射消失时、术中及术毕时,PL组的DBP、HR和BIS值明显高于P组;睫毛反射消失时和术中,PL组的SpO2明显高于P组;睫毛反射消失时,PL组的SBP和RR明显高于P组。两组术中麻醉效果评定为优、良、差的比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在人工流产术中应用氟比洛芬酯联合异丙酚具有良好的麻醉效果和麻醉深度,对呼吸及循环抑制较轻,是一种安全有效的配伍方法 。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of analgesia induced abortion with flurbiprofen axetil and propofol.Methods Sixty patients undergoing medical abortion were randomly divided into two groups.One group received reflurbiprofen axetil and propofol（PL group）and the other group received propofol only（P group）.The patients of PL group were administrated flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg intravenously first and then followed with 1.5 mg/kg BW propofol 10 minutes later.The patients of the control group were administrated with propofol 2 mg/kg BW only.The patients were observed for variables of SBP,DBP,HR,RR,SPO2,Bispectral index（BIS）,operation time,recovery time,propofol dosage,adverse events,and anesthetic efficacy.Results The value of DBP,HR and BIS were higher in the PL group than that of those in the P group at the time of eyelash reflex disappeared,intraoperation and postoperation.The value of SBP,RR and SpO2 were higher in the PL group than those in the P group at the time of eyelash reflex disappeared.There was no significant diference in intraoperative anesthetic effect between the groups.Conclusion The study showed that the combination of flurbiprofen axetil and propofol was a safe and effective anaesthesia procedure which had favorable depth of anesthesia and less inhibition of respiration and circulation.
