摘　　要：根据地空导弹武器系统与战术弹道导弹(TBM)攻防对抗作用机理,分析了战术弹道导弹的飞行作战特点,探讨了地空导弹武器系统反战术弹道导弹的关键技术,并提出了提高地空导弹武器系统反战术弹道导弹的技术和战术途径。Based on the action mechanism of attack-defence confrontation between ground to air missile weapon system and tactical ballistic missile（TBM）,the characteristics of tactical ballistic missile to flight battle are analyzed.The key technology of ground to air missile intercepting tactical ballistic missile is discussed.Furthermore,some technologies and tactical methods that can increase ground to air missile intercepting tactical ballistic missile are presented.
