摘　　要：本文对化学杂交剂的应用、发展历程、分子设计构思及其研究开发的目标、策略与难度作了介绍与讨论。In this review,the application,developmental courses and idea of molecular design of chemical hybridizing agents(CHA),and the aim,strategy and difficulty of research and development of CHA were described and discussed in detail.
